Most teams are still arguing about whether agents can write code
We shipped that argument a while ago. The work now is the harder and much more interesting one: what happens when agents do most of the writing and a human is still accountable for every irreversible thing they do.

The standard
Spec-first
The specification is written before the code and is the thing under review. If a behaviour is not in a spec, it is not a requirement — it is somebody's memory.
Verify before you assert
Nothing is reported done because it was intended. A claim carries the check that could have falsified it, and "I could not ask" is a distinct answer from "no".
Governed gates
Decisions are recorded, not remembered. Irreversible steps sit behind a gate with a named human on the other side of it, and the gate cannot be argued past.
Tenant sovereignty
A tenant's data and decisions belong to the tenant. Boundaries are architectural — systems are built unable to cross them, rather than merely instructed not to.
Agent-orchestrated delivery
Agents do the work inside rails a human set. The interesting engineering is the rails: what an agent may decide alone, what it must escalate, and how you tell afterwards which happened.
Taste it first — the lessons are free
The published catalogue is open to everyone and it is not a trailer. The methodology material, the agent work, the engineering tracks — that is the same standard, written down, with nothing held back. Read it, work through it, and judge the level for yourself before you talk to anybody.
And then there is the part that is not public
How we actually run a delivery — the flow itself, and how a tenant system gets built end to end — is not published, and will not be. It is the method that makes the standard above hold under a deadline, and it belongs to the people doing the work.
There is one door to it. Come in as a contracted implementor — NDA and Employment Agreement signed — and you are taught the method properly, by the people who use it daily. No trial version, no summary, no exceptions.
