TEXTJOIN

Concatenates multiple text values with a delimiter, with the option to skip empty cells. Replaces chains of & operators and complex IF formulas for combining list items.

=TEXTJOIN(delimiter, ignore_empty, text1, [text2], ...)

=TEXTJOIN(", ", TRUE, A2:A10)

=TEXTJOIN("; ", TRUE, FILTER(Tags, Category="Priority"))
