Verified pricing the model applies rather than invents. Ranges, not single numbers — the range is where your judgement lives, and it forces the estimate to hand the decision back to you.

Parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
range	currency band	Low to high per unit. A single number invites false precision on a property nobody has seen.
minimum	currency	Below this the job does not cover drive time. State it so it survives into every quote.
adjusters	percentages	Severity, access, storeys, repeat customer, bundling. Each one applied must be named in the output.
